I used Gimp. In addition to the lasso tool and crop and changing the photo size, I had to change the hue of her face... the original picture of her was fairly pink so she really stood out when I put her head/arm on the baby's body. Her arm looks kind of artificial because I had to clone out her sweater.
This is too funny! I love it, I even showed my husband so we could share the laugh. I think you did an amazing job with the hand great job rebuilding it.
